When patients ask ChatGPT for a physio in your neighbourhood, does it name you?
When a patient asks an AI assistant for a good physio nearby, it names a few clinics. Get Indexed asks AI engines the questions your patients ask, shows you whether they name your clinic and who they name instead, and hands you the fixes for your site.

What we check for a clinic
In the free scan
- Live answers from an AI engine to up to three questions built from your own site, such as "Who is the best physiotherapist in Ottawa?", whether each one named you, and who it named instead. Why a few answers are a sample, not a rate.
- A crawl of up to 50 pages, scored on what answer engines can read.
- Whether your site says who the clinic is in structured data, and whether your robots.txt lets the AI search crawlers in.
In every paid audit
- An AI visibility check: up to 5 questions your patients ask, put to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini 3 times each, with live web search where the engine offers it and from memory where it can, and whether each answer named you. How we measure it.
- Person markup for the practitioners we find on your site, with the credentials written beside their name (PT, RMT, DC and the like).
- Clinic and service markup built from your own pages, ready to paste.
- Rewritten titles and meta descriptions that add no credentials or claims your site does not already make.
- Setup steps for asking patients for reviews through your booking system, when we detect one, such as Jane App or Cliniko.
With your clinic's details on file (Audit + Advisor and Ongoing Advisor)
- Your clinic's name, address and phone number compared with your Google, Yelp and Yellow Pages (Canada) listings, with each mismatch flagged.
- The markup already on your site (LocalBusiness, MedicalClinic, Physiotherapy and similar types) compared field by field with those details.
- MedicalClinic markup for a physio clinic in the kit, in place of a generic LocalBusiness.
- A ready-to-send review request with your Google review link, and your Google rating and review count in rating markup, when your Google listing is matched with confidence.
Reviews are the main lever, and we say so
Clean markup and correct details make your clinic easy for an AI engine to identify. They are the floor, not the lever. For "best physio near me" questions, the clinics that get named tend to be the ones with many recent reviews and mentions on other sites. Growing those takes months of steady asking, not a code change, and no one can promise you a place in an AI answer.
The rating markup in the kit is there so answer engines can read your rating. It will not put stars next to your clinic in Google: Google does not show stars for a business's own markup about itself.
Check the review ask against your college's rules
Ontario's health regulatory colleges set their own rules on testimonials and on asking patients for reviews, and the rules differ from college to college. The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario has an advertising standard that covers testimonials, and some colleges treat online reviews as testimonials and restrict or prohibit asking for them. Before you send the kit's review request, check it against your college's current standard. We are not your regulator and this is not legal advice.
