Terms of Service

Get Indexed is an Answer Engine Optimization platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. It's a tool for businesses; you must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

Authentication is handled by Clerk. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace, up to your plan's seat limit. Keep your access credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Current pricing is on the pricing page.
• New paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. We collect a payment method at the end of the trial; if none is provided, the subscription doesn't begin.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can change or cancel any time from the billing portal; changes apply from your next billing cycle and you keep access through the period you've paid for.
• If a workspace is inactive for 14 days we may pause it (after reminder emails) to avoid charging for unused service. You can reactivate it at any time.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you're responsible for where applicable.

You agree not to:

• add or audit a domain you don't own or have permission to analyze;
• use the service to harass, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform, or circumvent plan limits and rate limits;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

When you add a domain, you confirm you're authorized to have our crawler (GetIndexedBot) access it.

You keep ownership of the domains, content, and data you bring. You grant us the permission needed to crawl your site, process the content you submit, and generate audits, optimizations, and reports for you. If you install our tracking snippet, you're responsible for using it lawfully on your site — including disclosing it and getting any consent your visitors' jurisdictions require, as described in the privacy policy.

We measure and help you improve the signals behind AI citations, but we do not control AI engines and cannot guarantee that any engine will cite you, or any particular citation rate, ranking, traffic, or revenue. The optimizer and other AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete — review it before you publish. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, a breach of these terms, or abuse that threatens the service or other users. On termination your right to use the service ends; your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll update the date above and give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
